Silverfish UK has flicked the switch on its new B2B website, which is now live and ready for use.
After months of hard work behind the scenes, the distributor said the new website gives dealers an even faster and more efficient service by putting key knowledge on stock levels, pricing and back orders at their fingertips 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Not only does the new user-friendly site provide dealers with the information they need when they need, but it also includes a dealer listing powered by Google Maps. There’s also news, reviews and technical data updated regularly, which – Silverfish said – helps further improve the distributor’s offering to the IBD network.
“The new website is designed to give our dealers a one-stop-shop where they can view all of our product range, check stock levels and read the latest news on all of our 17 brands wherever they are and no matter what time of the day it is,” said Silverfish sales manager Richie Rowland.
“We want to make sure that dealers have the tools they require at their fingertips and the new site helps facilitate this.”
Existing Silverfish dealers will receive an email with details on how to use the site, while new dealers can apply for an account via the site. Silverfish 24/7 is live and ready for dealers to visit and place orders on now.
