Spokes of Bagshot has said it will accept Evans gift cards in its store.
A post on its Facebook page said: “We were frustrated to hear that many Evans customers cannot use their gift cards since the firm went into administration.
“We want to help and show you some proper service in the bike industry!”
The voucher must represent no more than ten per cent of the total purchase/sale amount, not applicable to finance or cycle scheme purchases.
Evans Cycles customers had been told they can’t use gift cards and vouchers for purchases as they were ‘suspended’, Money Saving Expert reports.
However, the retailer has now confirmed that it will re-start accepting gift cards from 16th November.
It tweeted: "All Evans Cycles gift cards will be honoured in-store, online or by phone.
"We’re sorry for the delay in updating customers, we’ve been busy updating our systems and processes over the last week to make this happen."
It was reported last month that Evans was sold to Sports Direct as part of a pre-pack administration.
