Good management, which saw the jettisoning of the new-build factory at Leigh, has meant Tandem owner of the individually profitabe Falcon and Claud Butler brands has radically improved its fortunes

Tandem turns a £5.8m loss into a £71k profit

Closing the Leigh factory saw Tandems turnover fall to £21.2m from the previous years £31.3m.

[Tandem] appears to be moving in the right direction and at 5 1/4p the shares look good value, believes the Investors Chronicle.
