Team Raleigh announces 2010 line up

The newly formed Team Raleigh has announced its 2010 line up. Manager Chris Truett has assembled a team with a mixture of experience, youth and an international twist as well, setting down the teams longer-term European ambitions.

The team with an average age of 22 has been formed to be competitive in all areas and has drawn riders with proven track records in road and criterium races from established UK teams.

The experienced Tom Barras (31), Dale Appleby (23), Liam Holohan (21), Daniel Shand (22) and James Stewart (24) join along with two young 19-year-old riders Michael Cumings from the Raleigh Avanti team and Richard Handley who are looking to make their marks in the new season.

Truett has also added international riders Australian Peter Smith (22) and German Julian Rammler (22).
