Mechanic – MB Cyclery

MB Cyclery is looking for a hard-working mechanic to join its busy workshop. You will be dealing with basic services to high-end custom builds including wheel building and suspension servicing. It is currently supporting a professional MTB rider competing at World Cups around the world so you will see the process involved, which is hectic but exciting. Retail experience is desired and a recognised cycle maintenance and repair Level 2 qualification (C&G, Cytech or equivalent) or willing to complete the qualification at the expense of the company.

Sales manager – Pedalworks Limited

Pedalworks is looking for an experienced and mature individual who can add to the team and become part of the future for the shop and the brand. You will be a good communicator with top-notch listening skills. Every customer deserves a warm welcome to the store. You will know how to treat customers differently according to their needs and will have evidence of successfully achieving results through great service. You’ll have experience of the benefits of the bike best equipment around and be familiar with the latest technical developments in road disk, electronic shifting and e-bikes. You’ll be confident under pressure and have excellent organisational skills.

Experienced mechanic – Red Kite Cycles

Red Kite Cycles has a vacancy for a mechanic in its busy and very well respected workshop. We are looking for a real 21st-century bike shop person: that means you will have technical knowledge, be self-motivated and have genuine inter-personal skills. Your level of expertise will determine the role from junior to senior with potential management responsibility available. The shop is in a moment of change and improvement and is looking for a mechanic who can fix and build bikes whilst also being a part of a wider business improvement process.

Sales executive – Cycling Sports Group

As a sales executive in the inside sales team, you will get to know your customer base and their requirements, use the CRM and ERP systems, build on existing and new business, create sales and orders whilst delivering excellent customer service. You must be self-motivated to hit sales targets with the ability to integrate into the wider sales team. To be successful in the role of sales executive you will have great determination to succeed to your full potential within the business and for yourself. You will be self-driven and dynamic, and someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Sales assistant – Ribble Cycles

The opportunity has arisen for a showroom assistant to join the retail team at the Trinity Centre Pop-Up in Leeds. Reporting to the showroom manager, the role will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Leeds showroom, as well as deputising for the manager in their absence. The role will be focused around customer service and sales; with the ideal candidate possessing an entrepreneurial flair to assist the manager in pursuing local opportunities to grow the brand’s presence and establish the showroom as a prominent local bike destination. The role will be initially a three-month temporary placement.
