IMB Magazine is looking for an experienced advertising sales person to help them across their range of titles at Next Element, including IMB Magazine, IKSURFMAG (kitesurfing) and SUP Tonic. They are a global company with no fixed offices, so you must be able to work from home and be self-motivated. A high level of written and spoken English is required, additional languages will be a bonus as their customers are spread all over the world. You will be reporting directly to the publisher on a daily and weekly basis.
Finance and operations manager – Pinarello
This is the most senior management role within the company. The candidate will be responsible for the day to day operation and running of the business at HQ as well as the flagship retail stores. This role will be the point of contact for the outsourced legal, IT & 3PL providers. The candidate will also report financial data to the CFO of the parent company as well as working with an accountancy firm for statutory audit requirements in the UK.

In this position the candidate will join the UK branch marketing team. The focus is on bike marketing. In this role you will support the marketing team in the development, coordination and execution of the UK bike marketing strategy. The role includes the development, creation and coordination of communication and campaigns focused on bike, coordination and execution of key media contacts and development and execution of retail marketing and events.
