Deputy branch manager – Edinburgh Bicycle Co-op

An exciting opportunity has come up in our Leeds branch for the role of a deputy branch manager and we’re inviting candidates to apply.  Based at our store in Chapel Allerton, Leeds, you’ll report directly to the Leeds branch manager and will work closely with him in all aspects of the running of the branch. General job description: to support the Leeds branch manager in the successful running of the branch and to help ensure that the department is completely focused on the highest quality of customer service and making sales. The post is offered on a permanent full-time basis (37.5hrs/week).

Account manager – Chicken CycleKit

We are looking for an office-based account manager to work closely with our valued customer base. It is a good opportunity to join a growing, ambitious company within the cycle industry. The successful candidate would ideally: have technical knowledge of, and interest in, bicycles, bike components, clothing, footwear and accessories; be a high energy person with a very pronounced service ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations; be computer literate and a good communicator (both verbal and written); and based in/or commutable to Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.

Workshop manager – The Cycle Hub

An ideal candidate will have a passion for the brands Specialized and Pinarello along with a strong cycling background. The new team member must be a forward-thinking, self-motivated individual who thrives on results and works well in a team. With our demanding client base, delivering an outstanding level of service must be second nature, so knowledge and awareness of all cycling brands is desired. We require an individual that shows proactive promotional and sales methods, excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to excel in new and unfamiliar situations.

Bike mechanic – Hargroves Cycles

We are looking for a bike mechanic to join our Chichester store. The successful candidate will have industry experience, a passion for cycling, be able to build, repair and service all kinds of bikes, and advise our customers on the products and services they need. If this sounds like you and you feel you have what it takes to repair, maintain and sell high-end cycling equipment, then we would love to hear from you!

Commercial sales executive – Cyclehoop

You will create, develop a pipeline, and close sales and projects selling our products and services to clients, including but not limited to local authorities, contractors, commercial businesses, architects, and other construction-related companies. You will be responsible for building solid relationships, evaluating their business needs, issues and challenges, and identifying relevant solutions to help them. This role is a full-time, working 40 hours per week. The working days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, however there can be some flexibility for the right candidate.
