Bike mechanic – Impressed London

Impressed London is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to start their Impressed London adventure in its Belsize Park store in London. Main purpose of the job: workshop – nike building, repairs and pre delivery inspection, sales – meet sales targets and margins, customers – deliver excellent customer service operations. As one of its mechanics, tinkering on your bike will no longer be just a hobby. It wants hands-on, technically minded individuals who understand the importance of taking care of its customers’ pride and joy.

Workshop technician and sales – Pinarello

This role will be that of a mechanic as well as being responsible for managing the workshop. You will also be required to double up as a sales assistant, advising and recommending products on the shop floor, so a familiarity with current parts and accessories is essential. A key decision maker and a role that can influence the value of the brand and help build customer loyalty. Main duties: provide fault finding solutions and guide to the repair or replacement of a product, participate in maintaining an inventory of equipment to efficiently solve product issues, support the sales team as required, attend events in the UK organised by Pinarello, develop relationships with key partners on supply of product such as Shimano and SRAM, and maintain knowledge of the Consumer Rights Act (2015).

E-commerce digital content administrator – Madison

Madison would be interested to hear from candidates with experience of working in the digital industry on web related content, ideally, experience of Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), basic HTML, Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite packages and it’s also desirable to have worked with CMS e-commerce platforms such as Magento. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, together with the ability to work accurately and confidently to meet deadlines.

Sales advisor full time – Pedal Heaven

As a sales advisor your main role is always to provide excellent levels of customer service and need to actively pursue all sales opportunities. On a day to day basis, you will be sharing your passion for cycling whilst advising customers on the products and services they need. In addition, you will be involved with handling special orders, warranty returns, booking in servicing and repairs within our workshop. You will need to have the following: the drive and self motivation to maintain the highest standards, be able to work as part of a team, have an understanding of cycling and the products available on the market, excellent communication skills, and passion, enthusiasm and attention to detail are essential. You will need to be pro-active, flexible and work in an efficient manner.

Marketing and partnerships executive – Yellow Jersey

In this varied role, you’ll be responsible for Yellow Jersey’s affiliate marketing programme, sponsorship activation, social media and blogs, producing marketing materials and much more. Working within a dynamic, growing team, this role would suit someone who has some marketing experience and an interest in cycling. It is looking for someone energetic, a good problem solver with an eye for detail, and who has excellent communications skills. You need to be real team player who will take ownership and pride in your job.
