Key account manager – Brompton

The key account manager role will report directly to the UK sales manager. The role carries a high degree of autonomy, focusing on delivering significant growth for Brompton’s key accounts, including national chain stores and the IBD retail network (trading with some of these for over 20 years). Your principal remit will be to grow bike and P&A sales across your network including NPI, planning how to deliver against targets and ensuring KPIs are met (currently delivering circa £8 million revenue). You should be continuously commercially minded, whilst showing your experience and confidence, working closely with senior management of Brompton’s trade customers as well as internally.

Production editor – Mountain Biking UK, Immediate Media

This role will see the successful candidate working across the print title, the MBUK website and social media accounts. It is the production editor’s job to ensure that, once work is commissioned by the appropriate editor, the magazine production cycle moves forward as efficiently as possible to completion within set deadlines. You will be in charge of the sub-editing process across all channels of the MBUK brand, ensuring that all copy is accurate, interesting, and adheres to the brand guidelines.

Shimano assistant brand manager – Madison

The role combines day to day departmental administration, sample management and distribution, catalogue content coordination, consumer and trade event coordination. Reporting to the senior Shimano brand manager and working as part of close-knit team, the successful applicant will have good basic PC literacy, be very organised, have a full driving license and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Outlook, Excel and Word. A hands on approach and technical knowledge of Shimano products is desirable, but not essential.

National account manager – Brompton

The national account manager role will report directly to the UK sales manager. The role carries a high degree of autonomy with the principle remit of delivering significant growth across Brompton’s IBD retail network. You shall plan and execute your work to ensure your KPIs are met. You will be commercially minded, always exploring and creating new business opportunities and developing new sales channels. You will enjoy travelling, developing trade amongst current and prospective customers; your remaining time spent in the west London office.

Service administrator – Complete Bike Recovery

You will correspond with the insurer and Carbon Bike Repair regarding the processing of the bike itself. Training is provided. Some knowledge of insurance and/or bicycles is advantageous but not essential. Complete Bike Recovery is looking for a bright enthusiastic person who is not afraid to learn and progress the job role. The candidate must be able to problem solve, prioritise and manage their work load. You must be a good communicator on the phone and in the office. You must have good organisational skills and keep records.
