Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive a first class service- every time.

Retail sales advisor – Beeline Bicycles
Beeline Bicycles has vacancies for full-time and part-time members of staff working as part of a close-knit team on the shop floor. The Oxford store caters for three main markets, commuters/leisure riders, road and mountain bike with a shop floor space of just over 2000 square feet. Key requirements: experience in the cycle industry is preferable; friendly, approachable and customer focused; a cycling enthusiast.

Sales and customer service representative – Canyon Bicycles
Canyon Bicycles is looking for someone to provide great customer service, handling incoming phone, email and chat enquiries on a wide range of matters; new bike and equipment sales, sizing or technical questions, warranty enquiries and much more. The position is based in its Chessington Office/Service centre, which the shop says provides a fantastic and sociable working environment for bike enthusiasts to excel.

Senior sales executive – BikeExchange
BikeExchange is recruiting for a senior sales exec to help further its growth in the UK. Working from your home (from where you would go out to regular meetings), a candidate would be a talented individual driven to building the foundations the company has created, building and implementing advertising campaigns for clients and working closely with the team to ensure retailers are being looked after.

Senior mechanic – South Coast Bikes
South Coast loves fixing bikes and is looking for someone new to come and join its friendly, hard-working team. You’ll need extensive previous experience on the spanners in a busy shop or workshop, a can-do attitude and the ability to learn fast. It’s not just about fixing bikes, the business model South Coast operates requires a fully focused and switched-on team to keep the workshop running smoothly and its customers happy.
