Area sales manager – Upgrade Bikes

Working as part of the Upgrade Bikes sales team, and reporting to the national sales manager, you will be based out on the road visiting dealers on a daily basis, developing the sales territory and growing sales whilst also securing new business. Attendance at trade and public shows will also be required, as will some weekend work supporting dealer events throughout the year. Reporting to the sales manager with market feedback and product trends. Weekly journey reports to be submitted to gain market intelligence that can be shared with the sales/marketing team.

Workshop mechanic – Evolution Cycles

Evolution Cycles is looking for successful mechanically focussed individuals who are not afraid of hard work and are eager to make an impact. The successful candidate is responsible for assisting the workshop manager in the day to day running of the workshop, has excellent customer service skills, help the retails store with any sales, technical information and the undertaking of workshop jobs for customers. 

Cycling sales assistant – Go Outdoors

The duties will range from building new bicycles for displays and customers, to performing service work, which can range from simple tweaks to full disassembly and rebuilds of bicycles. Go Outdoors is looking for colleagues who are able to provide exceptional customer service, have a ‘can do’ attitude, be passionate about great service and do your best for customers whilst driving sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a sales/service environment and the ability to work in a customer focused environment with similar minded individuals. You will be required to PDI new bikes for customers, therefore you will require a keen interest in learning about bike technology as you will need to obtain your PDI qualification (via GO) at the start of your employment.

Digital acquisition executive / SEO specialist – Saddleback

You will support the development and delivery of Saddleback’s traffic acquisition and conversion rate strategies. Your role will involve planning, budgeting and analysis of all aspects of acquisition to implement activations across Saddleback’s UK and international channels to drive increased traffic, conversions, following, repeats and support brand building. You will liaise with multiple stakeholders to deliver PPC/PLA advertising and ensure social, email and content are delivered in line with best practice, to engage customers and increase conversion rates. Across all channels, you will evaluate analytics, regularly reporting to the head of e-commerce to inform ongoing strategy and support data-driven decisions.

Area sales manager – Bob Elliot & Co

Due to a long-standing staff member retiring, Bob Elliot is looking for a professional area sales manager for the Midlands / Staffordshire area to maintain and develop further an established customer-base, selling the large portfolio of products of over 40 brands / 4,500 SKU’s. The role will include visiting shops on a fortnightly basis. It is looking for a results-driven, enthusiastic and ambitious person to build and maintain relationships with cycle shops. Experience in this field is important. The job includes a company car, a mobile phone, a tablet, a standard basic wage plus commission based on performance. Bob Elliot offers vast experience in the trade, and can offer the best support for the candidate to fulfil the role required.
