E-commerce website manager – Zone3

Assistant manager – Edinburgh Bicycle Cooperative
An exciting opportunity has come up in our Newcastle branch for the role of an assistant manager and we are inviting candidates to apply. Based at our store in Byker, you’ll report directly to the Newcastle branch manager and will work closely with him, and the deputy manager, in all aspects of the running of the branch and most importantly ensuring sales targets are met. Senior mechanic – The Bike Project
The Bike Project is a fun, interesting and supportive place. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced mechanic to work within our small team to help manage and oversee the day-to-day operations in our West Midlands workshop.  It is particularly encouraging applications from women, disabled, and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) candidates, and those who have personal experience of being a refugee. The Bike Project is a Living Wage accredited employer. The primary purpose of this role is to manage the workshop and carry out maintenance and repair of all cycles donated to the charity with the purpose to a) meet the growing need that our beneficiaries have for bikes and b) to ensure a healthy ongoing stock of good quality used bikes to facilitate the growth of second-hand cycle sales.

Finance manager/financial controller – Laka
We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our growing team. This role will require good knowledge of accounting, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate across teams. As we are building the business, the finance team will grow quickly and this role comes with a lot of responsibility and career progression opportunities.

Experienced mechanics – The London Cycle Workshop
We have a number of full time and part-time positions available. We are flexible and are happy to create a bespoke rota for successful candidates. We are first and foremost a service and repair shop so we are looking for talented and experienced mechanics. We see a broad range of work come through our doors from rebuilding old internal hub gears and fitting helicoils to installing the latest and greatest groupsets and building wheels. Our ethos is to repair and we have a can-do attitude. Prior experience of working both in a busy workshop and in a retail environment is essential. An interest and knowledge of the current trends, product knowledge and an understanding of technical detail are important. Attention to detail, looking after our customers and exceeding their expectations is our highest priority.
