R&D manager – Frog Bikes

Frog Bikes is seeking applications for an R&D manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. The R&D manager will be supporting the R&D and product teams with the development and improvement of children’s bikes and bike components. Responsibilities include: formulate design requirements and design briefs, create design solutions, create 3D drawings of various bike components, implement and analyse mechanical stress testing, assemble and test bikes and components for R&D purposes, liaise with relevant suppliers, and work with the rest of the R&D and product team.

Warranty specialist – Wahoo

The warranty specialist prepares shipments for postal or commercial carriers, determines the most economical and efficient shipping method, selects appropriate shipping container, packs items to ensure safe delivery, prepares bills of lading, checks items to be shipped against work orders to confirm that quantities, destination, and routing are correct, communicates with consumer when items will arrive and provide tracking information, receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with the purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment, process return shipments from customers, retail stores, and distributors, and unpack sort, count, logs inventory which is shipped or received.

Workshop technician – Brompton Bicycle

As part of the front-line service delivery team, you’ll be a first point of contact for customers. You’ll be working alongside a team of equally passionate and dedicated people with communication and people skills and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service. Your duties will be to provide expert maintenance and diagnostic assessments in regard to Brompton bicycles. You will be responsible for growing the reputation and financial targets for the workshop through developing your tech skills, through innovative events and extending the services that Brompton provides. 

Bicycle mechanic – TBE Bikes

TBE Bikes in Perth, Western Australia is looking for experienced bicycle mechanics. You will be working with a large team, working on a wide range of bicycles, across all categories, from kids bikes, family bikes, commuters, road, MTB to e-bikes. Only experienced mechanics need apply. Before applying please confirm that you are eligible for an Australian Working Holiday visa (subclass 417) or hold Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or Australian passport.

Customer service coordinator – Wahoo

The customer service coordinator will work as part of the customer service team to deliver technical support to Wahoo Fitness customers. Technical responsibilities include: resolve issues by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution, use a variety of systems to respond to customer requests and resolve issues, manage inventory flow of all incoming and outgoing customer returns, warranties and replacements for customer resolution, test returns to collect and analyse customer feedback/issues, create a database of product issues for ongoing analysis and partner with developers to resolve issues, and contribute to team effort by accomplishing measurable results.
