3. Sales person
Stows Cycles is looking to add a new sales person to its team. Ideally, they will have some experience working in the cycling industry, but it isn’t essential. The starting point is the applicant’s enthusiasm for cycling, with a good all round knowledge of bikes and accessories. Stows Cycles will help them develop their sales and mechanical skills with mentoring and coaching. In addition to developing the applicant’s customer service and sales skills, they will have an interest is gaining mechanical skills. 4. Supply planning manager
Cycling Sports Group is looking for a new supply planning manager to operate out of its Dorset office. The role is responsible for driving alignment between sales, operations and finance; the candidate will act as a business partner to support fact-based decision-making in the organisation. They will lead and execute the business’s S&OP approach, yielding improved availability/ lead times for customers and enhanced revenue/margin growth/inventory/working capital levels for the business. They will develop regional planning process from sales forecast to delivery, which focuses on having the right product in the right place at the right time.
