Child transportation trike firm run by busy mum seeks new home

Trikidoo seeks buyer

Busy mum and inventor of the Trikidoo tricycle Clare Kemp-Welch is seeking a buyer for her innovative child-carrying bicycle firm, reports Velovision.

Founded in London two years ago, Kemp Welch designed the trike to comfortably transport her children, selling to a few high profile names in the process, including journalist and TV Presenter Mariella Frostrup.

Selling at £985 per unit, Kemp-Welch has sold around 200 so far, though told Velovision: "I do absolutely no marketing, google ads aside. I’ve never had time with my three young children, so everything I’ve sold has been via word of mouth, or the odd bit of good publicity. I feel that Trikidoo is ripe to expand and could become a really big name if someone were able to put the work in needed."

If you’d liek to talk to Kemp-Welch, call Trikidoo on 07795 436674 or see www.trikidoo.co.uk.
