Upgrade boss, Ryley, qualifies for Ironman 70.3 World Championships

Upgrade boss Matt Ryley will take on the Iron Man 70.3 in Las Vegas this September, having qualified fourth in the UK half Ironman in Exmoor this weekend just passed.

Ryley has been in training for the event for the past few months, telling BikeBiz he’s had to put his first love, mountain biking, to one side temporarily while he focuses on triathlon events.

Look out for a full interview with Ryley and the rest of the Upgrade crew in the coming July issue of BikeBiz. The piece will discuss the firm’s recent warehouse move, the increasing collection of "brands that solve industry problems" and will even cover the firm’s special relationship with the local Dark Star brewery.
