VeloBrands to distribute new Shotgun kids MTB seat in the UK

The Shotgun kids MTB seat is now available in the UK through Velobrands, having proved popular in Australia and New Zealand.

Designed in New Zealand, the Shotgun is a front mounted child seat for kids from two to five years of age and is fully adjustable to fit all mountain bikes. The seat offers full rubber protection for alloy and carbon frames, and is quick release for easy fitting and removal. There’s also a set of mini-handlebars for kids which is also available through VeloBrands.

Robert Hardie of VeloBrands said: “The Shotgun seat is a great way to spend quality time with your children on a bike. For me, it’s the difference between riding ‘with’ my son, and just carrying him around like luggage!”

Will Miles, managing director, Velobrands, added: “All of us at VeloBrands are looking forward to helping time-pressed mums and dads get back out on the trails and doing what they love with their loved ones – that’s what the Shotgun seat is really all about and that’s why we wanted to work with Dan and his team in bringing the brand to market in the UK.”

Bike retailers interested in the Shotgun seat can contact www.velobrands.co.uk or learn more about the product at www.kidsrideshotgun.com.
