Wiggle introduces user reviews

Online bike retailer has invited customers to read and write reviews, with 10,000 reviews posted online within a few days of its launch.

Customers can now rate products for satisfaction, quality, value and performance. Users can even add their own photos and videos, and put product questions to other customers.

Wiggle is offering incentives for customers to get interactive, as Wiggle’s Web Manager Steve Mills explained: “Good, bad or indifferent – for every review customers leave us they’ll have a chance to win.

“We’re really excited about reading our customer reviews, it’s their chance to have their say.”

He added: “We sent out an email to customers asking them if they’d like to review recent purchases and we were absolutely amazed by the response. There are now more than 18,000 reviews on our site.”
